A Wolf Or Two Lions??

Just read this story from Cari.com forum:

Long time ago, God put two flocks of sheep on grassland: one group at north and one group at south. God also gave them two types of native predator: Lion and wolf.

God told the sheep: "If you choose wolf, I shall give you one, and it's allowed to bite you at its will. If you choose lion, I shall give you two, and you are allowed to choose anyone from the two of them to stay on the grassland, and you can replace it at any time.”

So, the question is: If you are one of the sheep, what will you choose? A wolf or two lions?

It's easy to make your choice, right? Remember your choice, and continue with our story.

The sheep at the south thought that lions are more fiercely than wolf, so they picked a wolf.

The sheep at the north thought that although lions are more fiercely than wolf, but they have the option to choose, so they took two lions.

The wolf started eating the sheep once it entered the herd at the south. The wolf was smaller and it had smaller appetite. One sheep is enough to appease its hunger for days. So the sheep only were hunted once a few days.

The sheep at the north chose a lion and leave another one with God. The lion started eating sheep once it entered the herd at the north. The lion was more fiercely than the wolf and it had much larger appetite. It needed to eat a sheep each day to keep its stomach full. So the sheep is hunted everyday, and they were very afraid.

They asked God to replace the lion. But the lion that stayed with the God has not been eaten anything and it was very hungry. It pounced on the sheep and bite like crazy. The sheep had to run for their life everyday until they didn't have time to eat.

The sheep at the south were grateful that they made the right choice, and they laughed at the sheep at the north for being stupid and chose the wrong predator.

The sheep at the north repented for their choice. They complained to God, and asked God to change their native predator to a wolf. But God said: “No. Once the native predator was chosen, it cannot be changed anymore. You must live with it forever. Your only option is to choose between the two lions.” The sheep at the north have to keep rotating the two lions.

But both lions were the same. Both of them showed no mercy. No matter how they rotate the lions, their situation was always much more miserable than the sheep at the south. At last, they stop rotating. They kept a lion full all the time while letting another one suffered in hunger. They only replaced the lions when the suffering lion was dying.

After a long time of hunger, the suffering lion realized that: Even they are much stronger than the sheep, but its fate is controlled by the sheep. The sheep can send him back to
God anytime, and let him suffer and die in hunger.

So it treated the sheep very nice, it only ate the dead and the old sheep and it wouldn't eat the healthy sheep. The sheep felt very surprise and happy. Some of the younger sheep even suggested letting the suffering lion to stay forever. But one of the elder reminded them: “The lion treats us good because it is afraid that we’ll send it back to the God. If we let another lion die, we'll left with no choice and the suffering lion will return to its nature and starts hunting us again.” The sheep agreed with the elder. To prevent another lion starve to death, they replaced it after a few weeks.

And the lion also realized that its fate is controlled by the sheep. In order to stay longer on the grassland, the lion tried its best to please the sheep. Another lion felt so sad that it had to suffer hunger again.

After experiencing such a hard time, the sheep at the north finally can enjoy themselves.

At the mean time, the situation of the sheep at the south became worse and worse because the wolf had no competitor and the sheep couldn't replace it. It started to act wildly. It had to kill ten sheep everyday. It didn't eat sheep anymore. It only drank their blood. The sheep were not allowed to make a sound because they would be killed by the wolf if they do so.

In the end, the sheep at the south could only bemoan: “We should choose the lions in the first place......”

End of story.

So, what do you get from this story?

We can only surrender if we don't have the right to choose and decide (like the sheep at the south). But the democracy system gives us an opportunity to exercise our power to choose and decide our destiny (like the sheep at the north).

But in our country, many people don't realize that they have the power to do so. They keep feeding the same lion with their flesh and blood while letting another one starve to death. As a result, the lion grows stronger and its appetite becomes larger. It starts to think itself as King doesn't care for the sheep as long as it's happy. And it hopes that this situation will last forever.
So, I hope that after reading this story, you'll realize that you have the power to choose. You have to show the lions who's the boss!! And the best time to do it is in the coming General Election!! Replace the fat and greedy lion!!! Put the 天秤 upside down!!

Live Football Match, Steam!!

Just came back from my first ever live football match from Stadium Darul Aman, Kedah vs Sarawak. Although normally I only watch European football, but i still couldn't resist the temptation to watch a live football match in a crowded stadium when my friends asked me, even it's just Liga Super Malaysia.

To be honest, i don't know anything about Liga Super Malaysia because the broadcast matches from tv is so boring. The players look so lousy compare to players from other continents. But it's totally different thing when you watch it live from stadium. The atmosphere there was so amazing. The stadium was full of supporters. You can see hijau kuning (Kedah team colour) all over the stadium. Everyone was so high and crazy. They kept singing, shouting, waving flags. And the nobat and drum's beat never stop from the start toward the end of the match, "Pom pom! pom pom pom! Pom pom pom pom! KEDAH", very high, very steam, very "song"!!

Kedah deserved to win this match because they dominate the match for most of the time (sorry to Sarawak supporters. No hard feeling, just my opinion). Kedah players were better on the ball and their movements were good. But it was Sarawak who scored the first goal by a screamer outside the penalty area. But Kedah hit them back immediately after just a minute to equalise. And they managed to score two more goals to make it 3-1 in the first half. And they scored one more in the second half to make it 4-1. The score remained until i left the stadium at 85 minutes to avoid traffic jam. I think Sarawak was under a lot of pressure because they kept making silly mistakes, especially the defence. And they have no one to blame for their lost except themselves.

The linesman were under a lot of pressure too. Because every time when the offside flag was up against Kedah, the supporters would boo them, shouting and swearing at them. And some bastards even throw bottles, paper cups, ice cube, wrapping paper at them. Hey, behave like a civilized human being, k? Linesman know what they're doing, they r professional. Even if you don't agree with their decision, you have to control yourself and show them some respect. The action of booing, swearing and throwing thing will not change the decision. It just shows how barbaric and uncivilized you are.

Another thing i don't like is the smoke and smell of cigarette. I suggest that the government to ban cigarette in stadium because it's public area. Everyone goes there to enjoy exciting games, not to inhale some poisonous gasses into their lung. If I'm not mistaken, many of euro countries have already done that. So, i hope that our country can do that too.

For those who never watch live football match in stadium, my advice to you: It's a thing you must try before you die! Even if you are not a football fan, it'll still be an unforgettable experience. I don't know how to explain because of my poor English, but really, you must try it!! But for girls, if you want to do that, make sure you got males company. Because there are animal that never seen a girls before. They will start howling when girls appear, especially the young one ( that's my personal experience just now when i was trying to find seat in the stadium). So girls, get some bodyguards, and if possible, buy the VIP seat although it's more expensive (because the spectators in VIP are more educated. So it's safer to sit there).

Lastly, a suggestion for those who want to commit suicide but don't have the courage to do it yourself: Get yourself a ticket to a big match. When a home team player makes mistake, just swear at him: "Bodoh kah hang!! Macam ni pun mistake! Macam 猪(in Malay) lar!! 猪(in Malay)!!This, i guarantee you, the next thing you know, you're already in heaven!!

Mat Rempit, Sampah Masyarakat!

Mat rempit is a Malaysia term for 'an individual who participates in illegal street racing, usually involving underbone motorcycles (Kapcai) or scooters. Mat Rempits usually travel in groups and race in bustling city centres on weekend nights. (From WiKipedia)

I wonder what's in the mind of those society's trash. Just because of the rush of adrenalin and to let off the steam, they race with their bikes on public roads without obeying the traffic rules, doing stunts and enjoying themselves without caring for the suffering of the other. They think it is cool, but they never realize that they are not only endanger their own life, but the other road users as well. And now they are Malaysia no.1 public enemy! Well done man!

Personally, i do not agree with the UMNO youth (and i question the purpose of them doing that too), who set up clubs for Mat Rempits in an effort to reach out to the youngsters and change society's negative perception of them. For me, it's just a waste of time. Why the society hold negative perception against them if they didn't do anything wrong? They are hated by the public because they always involved in accidents, vandalism, gangsterism, robbery, promiscuity, drugs, theft, fighting and many other society's problems.

The only way that we can get rid of Mat Rempit is by introducing stricter and harsher rules. Fining them is useless because they never bother to pay the fines and they don't have the money too.So, i think the police should confiscate their bikes, hang their license and put them into jail for years. If possible, i think death penalty would be the best. Hang them, shoot them, put them on electrical chair, or 凌迟处死 also can, just make sure they are disappear forever!

Lastly, my advice to Mat Rempit: 败类!!人渣!!白痴!!寄生虫!!要玩命就自己在家玩, 要死自己死, 不要到公路来发泄自己过剩的精力,危害他人的性命!!

How Do Our Yang Berhormat Handle Criticism?

"Bloggers are liars. They use all sort of ways to cheat others. From what I know, out of 10,000 unemployed bloggers, 8,000 are women." Yeah, u heard it right. This is the response from Malaysian Tourism Minister-Tengku Adnan after being asked about the comments made by an Indonesian journalist, Nila Tanzil in her blog.

What a surprise? Not to me. It happens all the time, in Bolehland. It happened before, and it'll happen in the future, with the qualities that we have in most of our Yang Berhormat. As we all known, our Yang Berhormat are not so good in handling criticism and accusation. Instead of taking it as an advice, they usually response in negative ways:

  • Denial. They just deny everything (the most common technique).
  • Blaming the others. It's not their fault, it's other department, ministry, or even God who makes the mistakes (Mr.Samy is the master in this art).
  • "Teh gong". Throw out a new issue to turn the focus away to other unrelated subjects, hoping that people will forget about current issue.
  • "Fa lan zha". They lambast and hit back with thoughtless and stupid statement (like our Tourism Minister) or they accuse the critics as having bad motive (Mr. Hishamuddin is the best).

In conclusion: " Politicians are useless. They use all sorts of (stupid) ways to avoid responsibilities. From what I know, out of 100 Yang Berhormat, 80 are incompetence (a.k.a 笨蛋白痴)." Of course, the statement is based on reliable sources and facts.
